Companies or institutions that wish to post a job listing on our website simply need to fill out the form with all the necessary information. Once submitted, our team will review the listing to ensure it meets our quality and relevance criteria for our students.
If the listing is approved, it will be published on the portal and made available to candidates.

If any details need to be adjusted, we will contact the company to make the necessary changes before publication.
This process ensures that the offers are appropriate and add value to our academic community.

What are the requirements for an internship offer to be published?

The offer must be relevant to the BAU student community and include clear information about the tasks to be performed, the requirements, the conditions of the internship and the selection process. In addition, it must comply with current regulations on academic internships and be written in inclusive language, avoiding sexist or discriminatory expressions to ensure respectful and equitable communication.

Our team reviews bids within 2-3 business days. If adjustments need to be made, we will contact the organization to expedite the process.

If any information in a published offer needs to be updated, please contact our team via e-mail at [email protected] or [email protected] indicating the necessary changes.

All BAU students, as well as graduates, are eligible for the internship offers published.

Regarding internship offers, these can be paid or unpaid, as there is no legal obligation to pay. However, from BAU we recommend that the collaborating companies offer a study aid in the best case, to recognize and support the effort of the students.

In the case of job offers, remuneration must comply with the legal minimum wage in force and applicable regulations. BAU only publishes offers that comply with the law and the established working conditions.

Interested entities must fill out the form available on this website. Once submitted, the offer will be reviewed and published if it meets the established criteria.

According to current regulations, in the case of external academic internships, the entity hosting the person in non-curricular internships or paid curricular internships is responsible for registering them with the Social Security. If the internships are curricular (unpaid), BAU will be responsible for registering them with the Social Security.
