Access BAU’s Career Portal to post your job offers and connect with students and/or alumni in the field of design and the arts. This portal is a tool designed to facilitate collaboration between companies, institutions and BAU, allowing you to find profiles with creative and professional talent that can add value to your organization.
Through the portal, you can easily manage your vacancies and receive applications tailored to your needs.
Companies or institutions wishing to publish an offer on our portal only have to fill out the form with all the necessary information. Once submitted, our team will review the proposal to verify that it meets the criteria of quality and relevance to our students.
If the offer is approved, it will be published on the portal and will be available to candidates.
If any details need to be adjusted, we will contact the company to make the necessary modifications prior to publication.
This process ensures that bids are appropriate and provide value to our academic community.
What are the requirements for an internship offer to be published?
The offer must be relevant to the BAU student community and include clear information about the tasks to be performed, the requirements, the conditions of the internship and the selection process. In addition, it must comply with current regulations on academic internships and be written in inclusive language, avoiding sexist or discriminatory expressions to ensure respectful and equitable communication.
How long does the bid review and publication process take?

How can I modify the data of an offer already published?
If any information in a published offer needs to be updated, please contact our team via e-mail at [email protected] or [email protected] indicating the necessary changes.
Who can access the published internship offers?
All BAU students, as well as graduates, are eligible for the internship offers published.
Do internships have to be paid?
Regarding internship offers, these can be paid or unpaid, as there is no legal obligation to pay. However, from BAU we recommend that the collaborating companies offer a study aid in the best case, to recognize and support the effort of the students.
In the case of job offers, remuneration must comply with the legal minimum wage in force and applicable regulations. BAU only publishes offers that comply with the law and the established working conditions.
How can I post an internship offer?
Interested entities must fill out the form available on this website. Once submitted, the offer will be reviewed and published if it meets the established criteria.
Who is in charge of managing the Social Security registration for academic internships?
According to current regulations, in the case of external academic internships, the entity hosting the person in non-curricular internships or paid curricular internships is responsible for registering them with the Social Security. If the internships are curricular (unpaid), BAU will be responsible for registering them with the Social Security.
